Delivered about 2 weeks after promised date in a retail box that was extensively damaged and held together including about 2 pounds of tape. Had email communication including Wasatch Imports who made excuses but provided no explanation or remedy. The recliner was not damaged, but is not comfortable. I will not deal including them again.
